For our guests traveling from Cleveland, we'll coordinate a recommended flight itinerary so we can all arrive together. We've also selected a wonderful hotel where everyone will be staying together. We will not be covering airfare, hotel, and transportation costs.

We’re in the process of figuring out the most cost efficient and direct way to get everyone to Austin. There are no direct flights from Pittsburgh (making airport travel time 5-7 hours) to Austin but the other remaining options are driving to Baltimore to then get on a flight to Austin. This road has lots of speed traps (ask me how I know) and doesn’t end up saving any time. I might suggest the Pittsburgh flight purely because between two flights that are the same price, and same travel time, might as well have less driving.
